Shipping & Returns
Delivery
Delivery is carried out by Swiss Post. The costs of delivery for the items ordered are charged to the customer. The shipping and handling costs are shown before orders are completed and are indicated separately on the invoice.
We deliver to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. If you have any questions regarding shipping or payments, please write to info@explorewear.ch.
Available products will be dispatched within 2 business days of receipt of the order if not stated differently. The estimated delivery time is 3 - 5 business days in Switzerland and Principality of Liechtenstein, 5 - 10 business days in Europe and UK, 10 - 15 business days Worldwide if not stated differently.
If items are undeliverable or delayed due to the customer giving an incorrect delivery address, due to the recipient being absent or other reasons Explore Wear is not liable.
Explore Wear offers products based on their availability. If a product is no longer available, the customer will be informed.
Returns
Returnable items can be returned to Explore Wear within 14 days of the invoice date. Warning: the goods must be in absolutely new, unworn, unwashed and original condition incl. any and all labels and original packaging and must be returned with the bill. The returns can be sent back by post.

The right of return is excluded for the following products:
- articles on sale or special buys- custom orders
- products marked "Non-Returnable"
Payments
You can pay with PayPal in our store. The order will be sent out once the payment has been received.
Prices are quoted in Swiss francs and taxes are included.
